POL\u00cdTICA DE DEVOLUCI\u00d3N<\/h4>\n

La solicitud de devoluci\u00f3n debe realizarse dentro de los 15 d\u00edas posteriores a la entrega escribiendo a shop.delfos@gmail.com<\/strong>. En el correo, por favor inclu\u00ed tu nombre, n\u00famero de pedido y el\/los art\u00edculo(s) que quer\u00e9s devolver. Una vez que se haya iniciado la solicitud de devoluci\u00f3n, \u00a0el\/los art\u00edculo(s) que quer\u00e9s devolver. Una vez que se haya iniciado la solicitud de devoluci\u00f3n, el\/los art\u00edculo(s) deben enviarse de inmediato.<\/p>\n

Para que la devoluci\u00f3n sea aceptada, el\/los art\u00edculo(s) deben estar:<\/p>\n

\u2013 En su estado original: sin usar, sin lavar, sin modificaciones, sin da\u00f1os y sin se\u00f1ales de uso. Las prendas \u00edntimas no tienen devoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Sin accesorios faltantes, como cinturones, tiras, cordones o colgantes con logo.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Con las etiquetas originales, bolsas para prendas y\/o empaques intactos.<\/p>\n

\u2013 En la misma caja en la que se recibi\u00f3 el pedido, o en una caja exterior igual de segura.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Los art\u00edculos comprados en rebajas, colecciones anteriores o durante promociones especiales no son elegibles para devoluci\u00f3n y solo podr\u00e1n ser cambiados por otros productos de la misma temporada.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Clientes fuera de Argentina:<\/strong> por favor escriban a shop.delfos@gmail.com<\/strong> y les proporcionaremos la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria y una etiqueta de env\u00edo de devoluci\u00f3n por DHL, si la solicitan. Tengan en cuenta que, si aceptan una etiqueta de devoluci\u00f3n internacional proporcionada por nosotros, el costo ser\u00e1 descontado del monto total a reembolsar.<\/p>\n

Reembolsos<\/h4>\n

Los reembolsos pueden demorar hasta 5 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles en acreditarse en tu cuenta.<\/p>\n

El reembolso se realizar\u00e1 al mismo m\u00e9todo de pago original, excluyendo el costo del env\u00edo original y cualquier impuesto o tasa aduanera que se haya generado.<\/p>\n

Si solicitaste una etiqueta de devoluci\u00f3n por DHL, el costo de la misma ser\u00e1 descontado del total final del reembolso.<\/p>\n
